I, as many other cool geeky guys (and ladies) around the world, watched for UNIX time 1234567890 to pass. It did happened at 01:31, Feb 14, 2009 and I managed to take a screenshot of it with the help of http://coolepochcountdown.com.
And then, just to explain to my girlfriend what UNIX time is all about, I just clicked wikipedia’s relevant article, and to my surprise I found this:
